Customer satisfaction is very important to us. At Rilco, we work very hard to ensure that our products not only meet industry standards but also the contract’s requested ship date.

Our Project Management and Engineering teams are standing by to honor your orders, and always be available to provide support for technical requirements. 

To provide our customers with accurate progress of the projects, we use an in-house-developed application called MyRilco. This application is tied to our ERP system and allows us to track every step of a project from the time its purchase order is awarded all the way to when it is shipped.
